Exploring an Eco Approach in Business

Posted on: 07/07/2023

Discourse regarding the sustainability of products has been at the forefront of the climate change and pollution debates. Product durability, their recyclability, and the obvious environmental implications give activists a reason to push for more environmentally viable solutions.

An eco-approach takes many different forms; from the types of materials used to make products to the amount of energy consumed through the process. Companies are doing their part to become more eco-friendly through a series of internal steps to offset carbon emissions and reduce waste.

However, with the implementation of more sustainable solutions come a set of challenges. From an unprecedented rise in costs to limited Government support, companies are finding solutions to push through difficult times, while maintaining green practices.

These are some of the topics discussed in Executive TV’s latest programme “Exploring an Eco Approach in Business” featuring discussions from leading companies within the industry:

OMNI-PAC Group develop packaging solutions for food contact and focus on recycling paper waste.

Ricoh use digital manufacturing to produce different forms of print products.

Spectra Packaging produce high-quality plastic packaging for the cosmetics, toiletries and personal care markets.

“Exploring an Eco Approach in Business” will be first broadcast on SKY Digital 181 on Sunday 09th July at 10:30 A.M. and then again on Sunday 13th August at 10:30 A.M.

After the initial broadcast, the programme will be available at http://www.executivetv.org/ with the rest of our digital archive.
