Team Tempest

In July 2018, SecureCloud+ received a contract from the British Royal Air Force (RAF) to deliver network collaboration services for Team Tempest, a collaboration between the UK Government and industry partners.

Team Tempest is a critical £2 billion programme that will deliver huge value for the Ministry of Defence (MOD) Future Combat Air Strategy.

SecureCloud+ were commissioned to deliver a reliable, collaborative and secure exchange environment at a Classified level, across several Team Tempest locations. Each location had its own bespoke workspace, which could incorporate office tools such as Skype and Microsoft SharePoint. So users could share and collaborate on data in real-time.

The consortium of organisations working on Team Tempest require the ability to share mission-critical information instantly, regardless of geographical location. The main endpoint they require is to have a single version of the truth.
